Employment letter for TRV

Hi,

Could anyone please explain me if employ has three weeks holiday sanctioned for his canada visit and employ only plans a trip for 12 days, wud that be a bad idea to write 12 days holiday visit in TRV application? For example employ got leave letter for 10 feb to 28 feb 2018. And he writes that he will only be there between 12 feb to 24 feb 2018?

Any suggestion would highly be appreciated.

No issues at all. The converse (wanting to visit for longer than the approved leave) would be a bad idea
