How recent should the employment letter be from employer?

If I am going to be submitting my application on 22nd Feb, will the employment letter dated 12th Jan be considered valid? Or do I need to get something created fresh just before the application?

As long as you're in the same company and position then a letter dated Jan 12, 2022 will be fine in your situation.
