In the form "IMM5532E" Where I show the last 5 years of my employment history, there are only 5 spots to do so. I have changed jobs quite a lot, and there are some gaps. If I put in only the JOBS I've had, it won't quite cover the last 5 years, and has some gaps. If I fill in each gap with its own separate explanation, it obviously covers even less of the 5 years needed. Do I fill gaps with "unemployed" instead of a place of work and a quick explanation, or is there a separate place to explain my gaps in employment, and add other jobs i've had to better cover the last five years?
If you need more space for any question, attach a separate sheet of paper. Make sure you indicate the section and question you are answering (e.g. Part A, question 1).
Part A – Sponsorship Evaluation and Information about the Sponsor
The sponsor fills out this section.
Question 1 Sponsor’s employment history
Starting with your current employer, give details of all employers you have worked for over the past 5 years
Make sure there are no gaps in time
if you were unemployed, explain how you supported yourself
if you were self-employed, write the name of your business and the date it was established
for your monthly salary or income, write the gross amount (amount before taxes)
Exactly as @Wakki said and as the guide says, you need to put the times you were unemployed as well on this chart. If you do not have space, make another chart on your own in a word document and continue filling everything in. Don’t skip over anything, work backwards from now until 5 years ago.
