Employment for last 10 years on IMM 5709 form (apply online)

1) There are only 3 rows provided on the form under this session, but I have more than 3 history to fill, what can I do? Add an additional page? But then can the form be validated?

2) I took some gap years in between these 10 years, like didn't work for more then 6 months or so, should I write honestly? Will there be negative effect?

are you applying for a study permit?

I supplied a resume in the section where you can add additional files. Just remember that you can only add one file so if you have various things, SOP etc, then combine all of them in to one pdf.

thank you, yes I m applying a study permit.
Is a study plan required? As I haven't seen it on the checklist.
And do I need to type my name on the "signature" IMM 5709 form before I validate?
