Because you have claimed points for having a valid job offer. Do you? Do you have an lmia or a closed work permit where you have been working for that employer for a year?OKHA1 said:why are they asking me to upload the following documents?
1. Offer of Employment
2. Employment record
3. Letter of Employment
I only collected Reference letter from my current employer and past employer. What do they mean by these documents?
What? You complete the work history with fsw and canadian work. As a PGWP holder, unless you have an lmia, you do not have a valid job offer.gackt1229 said:Just want to confirm, so even through as PGWP holder who did get a job offer in the past and current employer is still the same. When we create EE profile, we only need to fill in Occupation section and work history (Obviously only the current job since this is the only one from the offer mentioned earlier), not intended to work in Canada section?
Yes.gackt1229 said:Put in this way, I am a PGWP holder and don't have LMIA, should I ignore intended to work section completely?
Thank you.
No problem then.OKHA1 said:Anyways my friend also work with PGWP and he answered yes and got his PR.
I just changed my answer to NO and the required documents to be uploaded changes. but I don't think it affected my points or I got extra points for it because when I calculated my scores using the CRS, I answered NO and still got same points of 503.
