employment documets are not genuine

hello
i have completed my medical in feb'11. i got letter from VO on oct 24.
they have 2 doubts.

1. while i was doing my master i was doing job which is not related to my education. but i dint mention that during my student visa application(got rejection in 2007).
but i mention abt my job in my pr application. i was doing master that is just 2hr/day which also mention in transcript n after that i was doing job.


reply: can i say tht during student visa my job doesnt give me any credential so i havent mention.

i dont want to hide abt tht job but i had applied for student visa so i didnt mention that.

2. VO called to my last employer n asked abt me i dont who but someone from company said that my designation doesnt exist. but i have submitted my true n real offer letter with designation.

reply: my employee ready to type another letter n i have proof of PF, releiving letter with same designation.
that will be good enough or not.

pls reply me back if anone have same situation n how they solve the problem. Do they get the visa/ rejection.

they have mention what i asked.

does anyone have this type of verification still got visa?
I have already completed my medical than i got query? how are my chances to get visa?

I have gathered document from my company --- explanation letter with busincess card, salray slip ...they both mention about my designation
in which VO hs doubt n I am planning to notaraized them.

but i dont how to answer about my first query : i havent mention abt my first employment at the time student visa application but in my PR application mention abt that employment .....can I simply say that my employment doesnt add any credit to student visa application....

simply during 2006-07 was in last yr of master and appiled student visa n havent mention i was doing job also that time after college hr.
but mention abt tht job in my PR

i have nothing to hide but seriously i was doing normal job i didnt mention at time of student visa application but during myPR i need no of yr of experence so i mention my normal job too.

what else i should mention...\
do u think if i make statutory declaration by lawyer will be more effective.

I have same problem as you. Following are the words from the letter that i received from vo.

" I am now completing the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa. It appears that you mey not meet the requirements for immigration to canada.

After conducting verifications of your employment, i have credible information which indicates to me that your reference letter dated "may 2011" is not genuine. I am not therefore satisfied that you have the experience as claimed in the letter said to be writen and signed by XXXX( my ex employer) in may 2011. You are hereby given an opportunity to respond to this concern.

Before i make a final decision, you may submit additional information relating to this issue. If you choose not to respond with additional information i will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application.

I look forward to receiving your additional information.

**** please note that no verification call has been made to my ex employer. I think this a standard way to reconfirm my ex employment. Any suggestions forum members ???.
