I think my job category is fall under B, my employer didn't sign a contract with me neither did I.

I will be trying to answer your question on very simplistic terms here. Please post more info so that everyone else can help.

1. Can you get a reference letter now from your employer detailing your job responsibilities (of NOC level B), start/end date of job, salary & benefits, designation?
2. Does your employer issue T4? DO you have access to that? And did you file return and received NOA?
3. Do you have qualifying IELTS score?

If answer to all these Qs is "Yes", then you may be eligible for CEC.
If not, you have to explore options to get these docs.

Bottom line: To be eligible, you need to furnish reference letter (contract letter is not mandatory although some people attach it), T4 and NOA, and must satisfy language requirements.

A contract is not required. Your skilled work experience is assessed on the basis of a written letter from your employer. You can read about the program requirements here -

Employment Contract and PCC

hi again,

For the PCC: I am now working in Canada when I submit my application; should I get it from my country or here?

Thanks

Ok. So if you meet all the requirements then you are good to go.

Please note that you might not have benefits, but your T4 should not show any discrepancies on the income stated by your employer in reference letter. Example: if you are eligible for any incentives and that shows in T4, then you must include it in the reference letter.

On the PCC - If you can get it from your country's embassy here in Canada, that would be appropriate since you will be an in-Canada applicant for CEC. There is no written rule on this, but that's what people generally do.

LOL.... Actually, there are LOTS and LOTS of written rules on this. Please refer to CIC's website about police clearance certificates.
