After submitting my full documents to Buffalo CIC I was laid off - do I need to notify them about it? (Note: I already have 4 years of experience in my category) Thank you.

Hi Forexer,
Yes, you have to inform CIC of your change of employment. The application should always be with the latest data so any change in address/family/job/education should be reported to CIC with the appropriate supporting documents. I was in the same boat like you and was laid off and got another job. I informed the CIC about it and sent in the offer letter and job description of the new job to them to keep my application current. If you have not done so, it is highly recommended you do it now. It will not affect your application as long as your previous job have met the eligibility criterion.
