Employers name on work permit

Hello there,

I got accepted for the CEC that was posted today but i think im in trouble.
On my express entry profile I had a question if my employers name is on my work permit and I answered yes but i didnt pay attention because i dont have my employer name on my work permit, i have an open work permit.

Is this a big problem to go ahead with the application?

If you didn’t submitted application yet but only got invitation, you can edit this question while filling application. It will not impact your application. However if you claimed points for Job offers 50 points you can’t claim them .

Thank you so much for the response the only section that I answered wrong was the one if my employers name is on the work permit but i didnt claim the 50 points from LMIA

Hey sorry i was talking to my friends about my situation and I checked marked YES the job offer under INTENDED WORK IN CANADA thats why all the other options came up but i still didn’t get any points.

Do you really think i can go for this application and pay the fees for the express entry ?

Im more worried if i get refused and in the future application they may investigate my case more carefully and it may take even longer thats my only concern.

Have you guys ever seen this kind of mistake before and the applicant got the PR ?

I really appreciate your help !
