It is believed that more than 90% of employers will choose you because you have work experience. As a matter of fact, the employers have tendency to select candidates with good working attitude more than experienced candidates but lack of style and attitude. Because attitude is the first factor to determine a person is successful or not. So, in addition to the experience you need to demonstrate a professional attitude to your work with the employer. Choose attitude instead of experience
If you think employers are only interested in work experience of the candidates and ignore working attitude factors, you're completely wrong. Currently, in addition to experience, employers are concerned about the attitude, enthusiasm. For example, if a construction worker demonstrates to employers see his enthusiastic attitude, hard work and responsibility right from the beginning of the interview he definitely will be selected. But if he thinks that he has experienced and expressed a superficial attitude, no matter how good his work experience is, how excellent he is, he will be disqualified from first round.

Experience can be accumulated over time

Experience is not measured by the number of years worked but by the ability to meet the job requirements of a person. If the number of years of experience is the yardstick to measure experience it is not fair to those who are professional and qualified but new. The experience was accumulated over the years, you just need to concentrate, learn constantly, look for new things at work and you will have knowledge of your own.

But attitude is not
If the experience can learn, attitude is vice versa. Attitude is what we have to train ourselves, fostered from an early age. If you have an irresponsible attitude for your deeds, do you may be mature and ready to take responsibility? Will you be able to do your job with a serious attitude or not?

Attitude is something we cannot change in a day or two but changed gradually as a habit. Not easy to have a good attitude to work, unless you really have the responsibility and passion for this job. Only when we ourselves change and fostering serious working attitude, responsibility, then we can have an attitude has been admired by the others. Do not make excuses to be distracted, it is your mind you can completely adjust it.

Whether skill levels are needed for every job, the attitude is everything. Do not hesitate in front of difficulties because that's the big lessons for you on the path to conquer the dream, go to your success!

First, we assume the order of the letters in the alphabet is their ordinal number. In a survey that asks what is the key of success, there are six main answers. They are luck, money, knowledge, leadership, hardwork and attitude.
Then, we plus their ordinal number, we have the result. That is:

Luck = 12 + 21 + 3 + 11 = 47%
Money = 13 + 15 + 14 + 5 + 25 = 72%

Knowledge = 11 + 14 + 15 + 23 + 12 + 5 + 4 + 7 + 5 = 96%

Leadership = 12 + 5 + 1 + 4 + 5 + 18 + 19 + 8 + 9 + 16 = 97%

Hardwork = 8 + 1 + 18 + 4 + 23 + 15 + 18 + 11 = 98%

And:

Attitude = 1 + 20 + 20 + 9 + 20 + 21 + 4 + 5 = 100%.
