I tried last year, I talked to Employment Standards, Service Canada, Immigration, West Coast Domestic Worker's Association and MPs ... When they saw the payslips and timesheets , they were very mad and gave me hopes but at last they all said sorry to me... at last I asked the agent in call centere about how to put the bad employers to blacklist, he said when you apply your PR application, you attach the complaint.
Since then I knew Immigration always stand by employers, we are foreign workers, that's why we work in miserable situation and the processing time longer and longer, we have been asking and crying for so long, the immigration never cares.
