Hi All,
Sadly I am in the unfortunate situation wherein my employer refuses to provide me with the required experience letter for a PR application, which is a critical document for a CEC application. Please provide your expert opinion on how risky the below approach can get.
I can ask them for the letter citing a different purpose (insurance, education, visa, etc..), but the specific purpose will appear on the letter when its issued. If I submit the letter as is to CIC, is that allowed? If yes, how much is the probability that CIC may contact my employer for whatever reason (can't think of one)? I ask this because in such a case, my employer is then bound to take strict action against me, for misusing the letter.
Thanks.
