Employer refusing to give pay slips. Can I apply for PR under FSW?

Hello… I have applied for permanent residency via CEC. immigration officer has asked for T4, notice of assessment, and payslips for 2020,2021,2022. For 2020 I don’t have pay slips( I worked part time (international student) and worked for employment agency. ) I do have T4 from that agency but don’t have payslips. What should I do ? For year 2020, 2021,2022,2023 I have pay slips and T4 and notice of assessment but for 2020 I don’t have pay slips. What should I do ?

Is contacting that employment agency and requesting the payslips not an option?

Hello . I have called them many times but no response also they didn’t reply for my messages and email. I have moved to another province and I used to work with this agency up to June 2021. After that I worked different employer and agency is 3000kms away from me

Hi! What did u provided for 2020 pay slips? I am thinking to upload ROE and bank statements instead.

Hello. The employer gave me all payslips, I sent my friend to office and they contacted me and provided all payslips and ROE

Why did ircc requested paystubs for the job during your study period 2020? Did you claimed any experience for that job?
