I wanna apply for ontario pnp - international student stream
The form is 100% mandatory. You will be refused if the employer does not complete the form. No alternatives are accepted.

You mean additional supportive documents wouldn't be enough?
Nope . Your employer have to support for your PNP nomination from scratch. This is requirement for this PNP stream and that document is mandatory to be submitted and signed by your employer. Only way is to confess him or request him and tell him about requirements. Otherwise there is no other option.

Oh that question is just simple to answer. If you are on PGWP , your employer don’t have to perform recruitment efforts to show . This is only if they are hiring from outside or if you are on LMIA work permit. He can simply answer you are already working with them and was internally hired
Yes I'm under PGWP
What sentence they can say exactly ? I'm gonna ask them one more time with your answer

He can simply tell how you were hired. Just simply put candidate was already working with us on open work permit and was hired internally. No recruitment efforts were performed and needed. He was simply referred by ex employee or current employee working with us .

Thank you so much. But in this case, my understanding is they need to be terminate my current contract and give me a new job offer , right? Because I have been working for 2 years with the same position , I’m not asking for a new position or they are not offering a new position . Do they need to give me a new offer?

Nope you don’t need new job offer. Your job letter should state you are permanent full time employee. They can make same job offer permanent.

So, do you know anyone who took his PR with this way?
Every stream and every province has different requirements. If you meet’s requirements no one can refuse your application. Hope this helps . Also every case is different too .
