Employer Reference letter problem

Hi all,

I want to apply for the Express Entry but i have a problem concerning the reference letters.

The problem is that it won't contain the job duties, only the title and after discussing with the HR they said they don't issue letters with job duties.

Also some of the letters are from former employers so they won't issue a letter with the duties, all they can do are standard experience letters with my title.

What should I do in this case?

I hear i can write a cover letter for the CIC explaining my job duties for every job i have, will that be enough?

You can get it written by your reporting manager or from colleague in the company. that ll serve the purpose.

Same problem with me.

HR has refused to provide a letter on company letterhead.

Regarding getting a reference letter from a colleague, does it have to be on a company letter head?

Ask HR to provide the JD which was issued to you before your joining.

Ask your HR to give you in written that they can't provide such letters.

Ask your team lead or manager to support you to provide your job n responsibilities and get that printed on stamp paper, get it notarized. Attach their ID too.

Attach affidavit, written statement from HR, explanation letter for OINP officials about your situation.
