Hi,

My employer has given me a reference letter, which has everything cic expects, but it doesn't have the benefits, and since I work for a small company with no separate HR, the letter is from the general manager, not my immediate supervisor, is it okay or should I get another letter?

Thanks!

you don't have to mention benefits anywhere on your reference letter , point is they need information from your employer related to your employement that you were actually working for them with given salary, hours and duties that matches your NOC, thats it ,.

Did you eventually get a new letter with the benefits?

I am on the same boat...and I submitted it without the benefits mentioned on the letter.

Thanks!!

im planning to submit my contract as it contains the benefits right?

my dilemma now is my HR does not give a letter with job description..so my director provided me a letter with job description with a company logo(copy paste) on the paper..i used this when i submitted to australia and did not encounter any problem..im worried if it would be an issue with ircc.
