employer prescreen application form

On the oinp website it says that the program is paused for the masters and phd but it does not specify about the international student with job offer stream. Does anyone know if my employer can submit the employer pre screen application form at this point for the international student with job offer stream?

Hi mhd10,

On this weblink "http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html" if you look at May 9th Notification and in 2nd bullet point they mentioned "Employer Pre-Screen" is closed from May 9th.

Those whose employer pre-screen has approved, they can apply for OINP because they have 2 months limit to drop OINP nomination application.
