Would anyone be able to tell me how your employer enrolled? We are having a problem with my boss here, because the system seems to be confusing. The employer is going to register for the first time in the portal, so how does she enroll? it is as 'employer' or as 'primary user'??? The guide seems to be clear, she has to enroll as the primary user, then it directed her to be the p.u. for the designated learning institution. but in the directions it says to register only as an employer - so what should we do???? thanks
 
Ok, that one went quickly. BUT!


So I got my checklist for my WP extension (same employer) but it seems to include the Employer Questionnaire and Declaration form, which indeed was required last year, but this year I can't find it anywhere! does that mean it's a system glitch, or is the form available somewhere? Help :/

They do not longer accept IMM5802 employer form, that it's an optional document at the moment. For some paper applications they still accept it however now everything is through the portal now.

So no need to worry about. Just fill the required ones.

If you're a foreign worker and want to change or extend your stay in canada there's a modified form IMM 5710E where you have to fill in an Offer Of Employment # on the right side of the form.Make sure your employer had you applied thru the portal, if you're LMIA exempt too.

Tell your employer to follow the Enrollment instruction guide.It is very simple even a 5th grader can do it.
