Employer letter for close work permit

Dear Senior,

I am June applicant and I got my AOR in July month, I send me document to CIC without employer letter. And I received my AOR. And after two moths my employer send work permit extension request to cic with employer letter and due to I have AOR, I received Open Work Permit.

Now I just want to know that, CIC could consider employer letter in my PR application process, which they submit in work permit extension.

But there are various factors that needs to be considered here:
1. There is a specific format that CIC asks for the CEC PR....They want to know that you are full time, your responsibilities, salary, hours of working, benefits etc.....
2. Not sure if the reference letter that your company issued for the closed WP extension mentions all the above points...
3. Lets assume even if it mentions, then it will be upto the VO who may look at your details and say OK there is a reference letter and I am satisfied with it and he grants you the PR or he may say no I would like to a seperate reference letter with all the details...in which case he may ask for one...

My suggestion would be that if its possible for you to get a reference letter from your company - Get it. If not then wait and pray.....Stay blsd....
