Hello everyone,
Hope you guys are doing great!

I have a question I've wanted to bring up for a couple of days. I was unable to get the "40 hours per week" detail on my reference letter from my past employer.
Is there any workaround that could be use to complete this requirement? I was thinking of maybe quoting our national labor code in the paragraph that states the full time work hours per week but I'm not sure if this is valid for CIC.

Any thoughts?

I think they will expect on at least the letter or the paystub. Can you nkt go back to your employer and ask them to amend it?
 
no it doesn't :( I don't have pay stub either.
If you don't have any document to prove it, you'll need to speak to your employer and get that information in writing, otherwise how do you convince IRCC that your job was indeed full time
