Employer Job Offer Streams Employer Form: What does no oustanding order means?

Can someday explain what no outstanding order under the Ontario Employment Standards Act 2000 means? My company has some claims, but I guess that the majority of the big companies have been suited.

Basically if the company is not in good standing, they can't support your application. By the way how do you know that the company has claims against it?
