Dear All,

My previous employers are not ready to provide me an experience certificate as per NOC (matching at least 70%) even though I worked in the same Job Profile. Now, what are the other options available for me? because without submitting experience certificate matching with NOC, it will be difficult for me to get points.

My request to all, who have faced the same difficulties, please answer how you solved this.

Awaiting for response.

Thanking you all...

You mean a reference letter? You can attach your offer letter (if it mentions all your duties), paystubs, IT returns.
For reference letter, you can get it from your colleague and notarize it. And you need to attach the email in which your ex employers said NO to the reference letter. You also need to explain this in the LOE.
