did you ever get a clarification on that point?
I am kind of in the same situation, I have worked for a company (technip) through a contractor (ubifrance).
In my pofile should I put Technip or ubifrance information?

I'm in the same situation. I put the consulting firm as the employer since they are the one that issued my offer letter and sign my paycheck.

Does anyone have any idea about this. I have worked for a company through a staffing agency. All my documents relate to the staffing agency and not the company itself.
So do I mention the company's name or the staffing agency in my work experience?

Hi there,
Has anyone been able to work out whether the actual company name should be inserted or the company that is actually paying us?
I need clarification on this matter as well. Thanks for the help!

Hi Joelle,

You need to put the employer's name that's paying you. SO if the recruitment agency is paying you their name has to be inserted in the letters of employment.
