Employer form for OINP

When applying under “Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker stream: skilled trades, health and tech occupations invited” I read somewhere the offer letter must be leas than 6months old.
however if I have offer letter and I am working for more than 1yr can’t I submit the same offer which I got 1yr back while filing ?
why will the employer reissue the offer letter again.?

I don’t think so offer latter should be less than 6 month. can you please confirm on official site.

It also says:

Note: If the applicant is currently working for you in the same position as the job offer, they can submit the original job offer signed by you and the applicant (it must include the information listed above). You must also give the applicant a letter confirming they are still employed by your company, the conditions of the job and any changes to the position being offered.

I applied for JOIS stream in December 2021, and I joined my company in October 2020. I submitted the original job offer letter. I did, however, got a PFL because the wage in the job offer letter was lower than in my latest paystub I submitted (got several wage increase since I started).

Ok. Thanks a lot for highlighting that.
On that note can you tell me how the median wage must be checked . For example if someone earns 100k.
should that be 100k/52/40 ? 52 being number of weeks in a yr and 40 being number of working hrs of the week.
so for 100k with above formula it comes to CAD 48.07 per hour.

IMO, it depends on your employment. Are you 40hrs/week?

I am waiting to receive my offer letter. So I wanted to be sure what must be the per annum salary to match at least 40+ CAD per hour. So that I can negotiate if it is not. My NoC is 21223 for which median is 41.35 . So what must pe per annum salary for it to be 41.35 CAD per hour ?

How many hours do you work per week? You calculate based from how many hours you put in every week.

After submitted the employer form. Do the agent call and also ask for LMIA ? What are the chances for it . Because my employer do not provide LMIA.

Not now, but you need to attach it in your file in the future. The employer can be contacted though.

Is there any requirement that the employer should sign the form after getting the ITA or can we collect the employer form and employment letter after creating the EOI?

Hi I am on closed work permit and applying for OINP: Job offer letter-foreign worker Stream.
My employer is giving me offer letter and LIMA all but not willing to fill "EMPLOYER FORM" Requested in OINP Required document list. Shall I go ahead and apply for OINP without employer form or is it impossible to get it without that form?

Employer form is mandatory so either employer fills it out or you decline.
