CRA statements he will not have access to but apart from that other general information which is public should be good. Let’s say I submitted the form with managers information and in case of any issues they might reject the application and not refund money?
As an OINP Job Offer stream nominee myself, I can tell you that Ontario Immigration contacted my employer about confidential financial stuffs. Our CFO authorized our HR to represent him and answered all inquiries by OINP.

Also, refund only happens if OINP returns your application, not reject it.

As long as your manager (who has to sign the form) has authorization from CFO, CEO or HR to speak to OINP officers on behalf of the company then you should be okay. No you will not get a refund if rejected.

This is not a small company where CEO and CFO would look into it or respond and overall it looks to be a complicated thing which goes well with smaller firms only.

This would not work in my case as CEO or CFO would not look into such things or respond to anyone.

Not sure why you say that. If you were applying for the stream, you should have been in contact with HR department to get them on board beforehand. Some companies, big and small, refuse because they don’t want to provide private financial information, and/or have many foreign workers and will not support them all.

Your manager can sign off if they have the support of CFO or HR to answer questions on behalf of the company about financials and hiring practices. So CFO would not need to be involved. What does your manager say as the manager has to sign and speak on behalf of the company? Did the manager hire you directly, and can sign off on your job offer?

As @Naturgrl said, as long as your manager is authorized to represent the company. There are legal implications here. My employer had to get the legal opinion of our in-house lawyers first before they assisted me with my immigration application.

In that case HR has to be willing to respond and provide all of the requested information, including CRA statements, etc. Has HR confirmed they will do that?

To make it simple, ask your manager if they are authorized by the company to represent them and give out information such as financial status. If not, suggest to find another company who would support your immigration applications. It doesn't matter who hired you. What's important is you get somebody authorized by the company to represent them legally.

In that case you have to be prepared for the very high possibility of a refusal. As long as you're good losing the fees, I guess you can go ahead.

This stream isn't suited to large organizations since they aren't willing to complete the employer forms fully and provide all of the information being requested by IRCC. Those employed by large companies need to go through other immigration streams.

Agree! Especially banks, they don't support employees application for PRs.

When applying under “Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker stream: skilled trades, health and tech occupations invited” I read somewhere the offer letter must be leas than 6months old.
however if I have offer letter and I am working for more than 1yr can’t I submit the same offer which I got 1yr back while filing ?
why will the employer reissue the offer letter again.?

But the company must submit the employer form supporting your nomination which would include your job offer. So it will be updated anyways.

Ok. So the employer form must not be less than 6months old ? (which would contain the supporting job offer)
