employer eligibility under cec

hi frnds
I am working under noc a job from almost 6 months.
would you guys help me to know employer eligibility under cec. company where i am working is almost 10 years old.
recently before me there was mayb 8-10 employees , but from last 2-3 years there are less employees ( layoff in company because of slow work)

right now we are 2 fulltime employees , me + 1 more + owner
is their any number of minimum employees??
is their any minimum gross yearly outcome of company???

Usually VO will look at Google Map location, and website, do you guys have that? they can also call employer and ask how many employees they have etc.

Yes we do have Google location and website .... Its old company with millions of business before 2010 when there was 10-12 employees... after that company slow down few layoff in 2010..few layoff in 2012 thn like 2-4 employees ....right now there are 2 employees only ...
