employer eligibility under cec

hi frnds
I am working under noc a job from almost 6 months.
would you guys help me to know employer eligibility under cec. company where i am working is almost 10 years old.
recently before me there was mayb 8-10 employees , but from last 2-3 years there are less employees

right now we are 2 fulltime employees , me + 1 more + owner
is their any number of minimum employees??
is their any minimum gross yearly outcome of company???

Whether you are eligible under CEC has nothing to do with the company.

so , it means only my job title and hours matter? i m working as a data administrator at 17.31/hour ( 31.5 hours per week)
