Hi Friends, One of my friend not yet paid about 6 montha because his employer on vacation. Paying cash. Now my friend planning to apply PNP under canadian class one year program. His employrer said he will give T4 end of FEb. So question is how can he prove one year canadian class?

This situation sounds doesn't sound right. How is a worker ok with not being paid for 6 months. The fact that he will be receiving cash and not regular paystubs showing all deductions. Is he not getting paid or paying to get proof that he is working in Canada for a year?
So he has been paid. Is his employer paying the deductions required to the province and federal government? How did he get this job? Is he getting paid a typical salary for the work that is being done?
