If one have specific education/on job training (and cannot find local people) that the employer wants
Are you able to legally work in Canada? If not, yes it is very difficult unless you have very specialized skills.
yes, if there will be a chance. I am currently working at Bank as a associate for 2 and hakf yearrs. And I just want to explore new things, and experience the outside world of my comfort zone.. I hope you can hmgive me an idea on how to apply directly in Canada.. thank you
So you aren’t legally authorized to work in Canada. You need to apply to jobs in Canada and get a job offer. Then the employer pays $1k and files for a LMIA. This is to prove that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with a positive LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. Each steps takes months to process and may even be refused. Few employers go through the process. I don’t think Banks will not go through the LMIA process as they can hire within Canada.
