Employer Declaration Form AAIP

Hi folks,
I submitted my application for AAIP's tech pathway on May 2nd. They requested me for Employer Declaration and Authorization form on July 27th.

Now, it turns out my employer is refusing to provide it. They however support my application to obtain PR and have provided me with a reference letter.

Has anyone been able to receive Alberta PNP recently without Employer Declaration form?

Form is mandatory. If they don’t sign the form you don’t have a job offer.

Thanks but except the form they are ready to provide other docs like offer or reference letter ..will that not suffice?

What form for Alberta? Is this for tech pathway? Have you been invited because pathway is closed for a few hundred spots and there are over 2000 applications in the pool.

Yes this is for techpathway..I applied in June(before new changes in techpathway) and now they returned to me ..I already supplied all forms as per old norms but since they introduced new changes so asking for employment declaration and authorization form as well which my employer is denying to sign..
Do you know is there anyone with same scenario?
