Employer copy pasted NOC(2174) duties on the reference letter

HR told me all our job description is developed from the noc code...

what should I do now.. anyone have any idea? I ask HR if I can write a sample letter for them to review as a reference. they refused but agree to do some adjustment on the reference letter, and HR is now replace it with my responsibility from job offer listed duties..

Is that ok?
Please help me.
