Hi friends, where to find the employer compliance fee. is it possible to pay by me or only employer. do I can start the VISA proceedings or I should wait for the confirmation of fee paid by employer.

Your employer should pay the compliance fee. In my case, I used my credit card to process the payment because it was a small amount. I ended up never using my OINP nomination though so that's $2000 down the drain :/

They don't really look at whose name is on the credit card so anyone can pay it to be honest. Ontario wants your employer to pay it because the employer is technically the entity who needs a new worker.
 
I have no experience with Alberta but in the Ontario program they just send you a letter that supports your application for a work permit if your existing one expires. It shouldn't have an effect on your existing permit!
 
No I actually applied work permit using support letter but my consultant paid the employer compliance using his credit card

please how did u go about this? did ur employer need to create an employer portal?
