Employer changes should be notified to BCPNP OR to CIC?

Hello everyone i just wanted to ask that to whom I should notify my employer changes to BCPNP only or to only CIC or to both? My PR file is in process ?

I think both BCPNP and CIC but i am not sure

to CIC definitely
(if it would be AINP than definitely both)

Both. CiC will remind you that you must notify PNP too.
