I can get the reference letters from My current and previous employers (which accounts to 4 years of experience under the NOC category that I am applying for). I do have the reference letters from my other previous employers. The only missing information is the compensation details. Can I attach the offer letters for the compensation details?

These were issued in the past (5 to 6 years back). It is difficult to get current letters from them.

This is just my opinion.
It is always best to get what CIC asks but if you can't then you can't.
In the absence of the documents that CIC asks, you should try to provide equivalent information with other documents and I think what you are providing would be sufficient. You can also show compensation details through salary slips and tax documents.
Good luck.

You need to have the reference letter to prove your eligibility. There are many applicants on forum who have not been able to get the reference letters and are struggling to figure out what to do. A general suggestion is

1.) Provide the appointment letter
2.) Any apparaisal letter, reward or recommendation letter
3.) Org Chart
4.) Your Business card
5.) Salary Slips
6.) Affidavit regarding your current roles and responsibilities.
Any thing that you may think of to prove your roles and responsibilities which does not violate your non disclosure agreement

Also to answer your second question you can give appointment letter and salary slips (if any) to prove compensation

Ankit, my question is, can past letters suffice or should these letters be current? Should I request a current copy from every employer?

I have had a similar experience before for my H1B. The attorney requested detailed roles and responsibilities, however my previous employer just turned it down (it is a pity that most multinational companies have a standard format and don't issue what was genuinely done)

Past letters meeting the requirements ( Duration, designation, salary and job duties) are good, no need for new letters.

the above mentioned documents are sufficient,it is better if you add an explanation letter form your side as advised by CIC Guiding notes.

If your visa office requirement is original document and you are unable to send the original, write an explanation letter that why you are not sending the original. This is the right way instead of taking a risk.
But its all depend on IO.

For compensation you can show bank statement where your salary is getting credited. Yes you can attach offer letter in support of bank statement showing salary credit.

Will CHC count the training period as experience., Like in my case i have got three years ACCA training and then two years after that. Though i was not qualified in those five year but my employer issued me an experience letter of five years including three years as trainee. How much CHC will count as experience?

For CHC to count your years of experience, It depends on the classification of that job according to NOC
your work experience must be Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification list
