Emergent help needed - Has you been refused permanent resident visa?

I applied under PNP before but my application was refused based on withdrawal of PNP certificate as I moved to another province. But I stupidly answer No to the following two questions:

- Have you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
- Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:

Im July AOR and my application is still in process now, shall I send a LOE to correct this by CSE right now???So panic will this be regarded as misrepresentation... :-\ :'( anyone can give me the CSE address? Thank you so much!!!

How can I explain the situation as I didn't pay close attention to the questions back then.... Shall I attached last DM letter from CIC as well?

my earlier PR application is based on a PNP but I moved to another province because of the currently job, and then the province withdrewl my PNP and my PR was refused based on that my PNP was withdrawn....

draft a LOE explaining how you missed the point and ask them politely to update the file with your earlier rejection details.

I would say you should relax and wait for them to send you a schedule A form to fill out.
From my understanding schedule A is much more detailed, Then you can point it out and explain the reason for refusal and also attach a LOE explaining that... no need to panic!
If you still worried, you can send the CSE so your mind can be at rest!

But the worst case would be they don't even care and just give me rejection directly and then I will be banned from Canada for misrepresentation.....such a complicated feeling now, do you think No to both questions are correct? feel its wired to say Yes to the second one tho....

Misrepresentation is a serious offence and i am very sure VO are careful before giving that... you would be asked to fill out a schedule A or a procedural fairness letter before slamming you down with misrepresentation... I know this PR process can be really sickening but i would advise you relax and take your mind of it... CIC would get in touch with you if they need you to verify your information provided.

In your place I would send a letter or cse explaining the error you made. I think it is better to make CIC aware on the error before CIC founds it byself. I would not want to get to the point when CIC is sending fairness letter because VO may not be satisfied with your answer to this letter.
