My wife is in Canada. She is pretty sick and all by herself. She might be going for a minor surgery. Whereas, I am India and want to apply for an emergency visa, so that I can go and meet her.

What do I do? Which status should I apply for? What documents are required from her behalf?

You will need to apply for a regular tourist visa (TRV):

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp

You can include a letter requesting that the visa be granted on an emergency basis, however there is no guarantee that will speed up processing or that the visa will be approved.

You've just completed a 1 year ban. Even if there was an emergency visa you likely wouldn't qualify for it. If it is minor surgery your wife will be fine on her own or she can ask for some help from friends or colleagues.

Your removal order and the subsequent exclusion order may affect your chances of being approved for a TRV (unless those grounds don't exist).

Apart from these orders, your chances of a TRV approval are slim even otherwise because IRCC is aware that you won't return to India. You may want to apply for a SOWP instead of a TRV if your wife is eligible
