Is there anyone here that has applied for an emergency UK travel document from within Canada to travel to the UK and then return to Canada? I have sent off for a passport renewal and feel it won't be sent back in time. I would love to visit home this Christmas and surprise my family but concerned I am going to buy flights and pay for the emergency travel document just for it to be rejected.
