I have questions based on the situation i will post here
so, currently, I have applied for PWGP 18 months extension with restoration of status application in Sep 2022 under the public policy that was announced recently in August 2022. As of now application status in "in progress". Now, If i have to travel to india in 5days without Work permit and TRV, How will I be able to come to canada?
Another question, am I eligible to apply visitor within Canada as of now?
can I apply TRV/visitor visa from India without work permit as soon as I land there?
Approx. How long it will take for TRv to get approved from india?
what are the chances it will get approved/rejected.
If anyone had similar situation or know someone please let me know.
