You mean your WP expires in one month ? if that's the case then is your new employer willing to extend your work permit ?

The only question I have is: How long had you worked at your old job ?

The only way I see is plausible for you now is, to leave Canada and apply for Canadian Experience Class from your home country. That is given you have worked for your old employer for more than 1 year (12 months work experience). You can apply for CEC outside of Canada and without a job offer or currently having a job.

You can't stay in Canada past your work permit date. Doing this is illegal and will complicate any future visit to Canada.

Other way is to apply for a Study Permit again as ivan124 mentioned above, however, I am not sure if you could get it in time. 1 month is way too short. Also, you can't get PGWP again even if you finish another education. I'm so sorry how things are turning out and I wish you luck.

You cannot get a second PGWP even if you do more study. It's a one-shot deal.

True !!!! if you apply for a study permit and lets say even if you get the study permit that's not gonna be of any use because you won't be getting the PGWP second time and all you will do is waste time and waste extra bucks for no reason.

Go home and apply for CEC because that would be your best shot. Again, DO NOT OVERSTAY !!!!

you can always apply for PNP again if you meet all their criteria. I'm not clear of your situation unless you explain in more detail.

Bridging visa is only an option where you have APPLIED to CIC and received AOR. From your information, it looks like ANIP office rejected you before you even apply for CIC. If this is the case (which I assume it is), bridging visa is not an option for you.

If you got rejected by Alberta PNP office, you may have chance to apply again
I got rejected by Manitoba PNP office twice, I still can apply again. (one time just like you, because I changed job)
I got pass by MPNP office, I am waiting to get DM/PPR by CIC right now. However different province have different rule.
You can call PNP office to ask

I suddenly have a question for you.

Did you apply PNP with your employer ? Is that why the application was rejected ?

Negative !!!! Bridging visa is not an option for you. In order to qualify for that you need to file for PR and you can use the AOR which you get after you file your PR.
