Embossed seal not visible in scanned translation documents, is LOE needed?

Hi Seniors,

I had some of my documents translated by a certified translator, in the translation declaration, it says it is valid only with signature and embossed seal, however, the embossed seal is not visible in the digital version.

The same applies to some notarized translation, and even in some of my original documents, the embossed seal is not visible at all(even if I take a picture instead of scan them).

Do I need to add a LOE for this kind of scenario?

BTW, there is no other stamps visible in these files. how do these documents show its validity?

Scan as grayscale then stemp will be visible.
