Embassy Philipinnes CSQ

hi,

The Canadian embassy in Philippines ask me to provide the CSQ within 30 days. I don't have it yet. So I called Quebec government and they told me that it is release in about 9 weeks on average. So can you advise what to do? I try to email back the Canadian embassy in Philippines but they don't answer back,,,,

The csq is 2 copies. You submitted the other copy for federal and you have the other copy.
