Emailed the documents but still showing replacement overdue

Hi,
So I got a letter from cic asking me to email some documents. I emailed the documents and also checked that there was no place on upload on my online cic account. There was just an option showing replacement needed but nothing for uploading and on cic letter also it only mentioned to email. I emailed them but now on my online account it is showing replacement overdue. Does anyone knows about this situation?

Should be OK provided you emailed + got the automatic reply of acknowledgement.
