Emailed CIC but no reply?

Hi, All. Before, when I emailed CIC about the status of our application, they would reply within one week. However, last month and this week, I emailed CIC about our application twice, but I have got no reply. I do not know why?

Currently we are waiting for PPR, and we got MR last Dec.

Just received a reply from CIC, says:
"The processing of your file is following its due course. We confirm receipt of your RPRF payment and your file is updated accordingly.
Please note that the processing times for permanent residence applications within the Canadian Experience class category are of an average of 15 months.
An officer will contact you if further information is required. Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within 6 months as this could delay your application.
We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum. In order to process requests efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests."

Thus, how long could I expect to get PPR? My application was received on Jan 31, 2014.

Eligibility and medical have passed. Others, I have no idea.

Should call CIC and ask; I called today and was told the Security, Eligibility and Criminality are set as passed the only thing is in process is my spouse's Medical. Although she had done in December 2014 for work permit application. I do not get it CIC has passed her Medical last year and gave her Work permit so now why they put on review.

My new GCMS notes may arrive next week. Do you think I will get more information than GCMS if I call CIC?

Saw my MP assistant on May 4 of 2015 but did not get any reply from them till now. Called them last week but they said they were stuck in other important issues.

i guess you should contact MP again as it says 13 months on CIC website, but i really feel for you as it is a long wait especially after medicals and hopefully you will get PPR soon, Goodluck...

By the way, in the email I got from CIC last Friday, they said the average time of cec is 15 months.
