Email typo in sponsorship application

Hi,
I need some help with this if anyone knows. I sent my application for inland sponsorship back in March, however I only just noticed that my husband’s email was misspelled (.com turned into .coom for some reason).
Now I’m left wondering is that ground for returning the application? If not should I contact IRCC letting them know about the mistake?

Yes, try to correct. Just draw attention to the email change. You could consider submitting an appointment of representative form with yourself as representative with the correct email, too.

I doubt it would be grounds to return, the bigger danger is that they wouldn't be able to contact you (and they wouldn't know you're not getting emails).
