Hi Everyone,

I sent an email to sydney , but I didnot receive any acknowledgment back?

Is it normal?

I have sent them the same email thrice thinking I might have done something wrong. But I never got an acknowledgement from them.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

Thanks

Why did you email the Sydney office? CEC applications are being processed at CPP-O.

Oh well I have been going back and forth with sidney office and I have always received an acknowledgement too.

But this time i didnot receive an autoreply.

My Case was refused and i had asked them to reconsider and they emailed me back saying the request for reconsideration has been forwarded toan officer. And its been a month since I last got that email from them.

And I just wanted to ask them about the status of the review. But I never got an acknowledgement.

Oh I see, well I can't help with that. Only thing I've found is that little piece of
information. Maybe it helps.

How to Contact the Centralized Intake Office
If you are a federal skilled worker, federal investor, Quebec-selected skilled worker, Canadian Experience Class or provincial nominee applicant and you have a request for case information, you may contact the Client Service Unit of the Centralized Intake Office.

You will not receive a reply to your email if:

you have not already applied under one of the above categories
you are not authorized to receive personal information
you applied within the last 8 – 10 weeks
your enquiry concerns any other topic.
