You never know, man. If it is urgent, they will reply right away. Otherwise, they won't reply. I tried once to check my address and email at early stage, but didn't get anything so far which means everything is all right. Good luck!

I requested something from seattle office, they took 2 weeks to send me.

For me, they reply me within 1 week.

FYI I only send them email twice for questions.
