Hey,
My student visa has been refused in the first attempt and I got to know it when I checked my application status at cic website...it's been 3 days..will I get any email quoting the reasons of refusal?? If yes...how many days will it take??

The refusal letter should also be available through GCKey/MyCIC, the place you checked the status. If it's not there yet, it may just be delayed.

I want to reapply ASAP...so what should I do now?... without knowing reasons I can't reapply....any suggestions please

will not suggest you to reply immediately as you need to know the reason of rejection and then only you can focus on the issue.
