Hi,
I received an email last week from CPC-CTD-Ottawa, asking for additional documents related to my PR application (OPNP). It required RPRF, and PC. I payed the fee shortly, and responded to the email saying that I have not left Canada since the issue date of my last PC (June 2014). Then in a day or so, I received another email from them, with a similar format as the first one. This time they needed me to submit a newly filled form (IMM 5669). I filled it and sent it to them on January 25, no update from them yet.
I have submitted the application in Canada, so their online system doesn't show any update of my application. Call centre is no help either, it keeps saying we have high volume of calls ... and ends the phone call They gave me less than two months time for PC, and in my special case, obtaining it may take more time than that, so I am a little worried.
Do you think that I am not required to provide them with the new PC they wanted in the first email? Is this form (IMM 5669) from second email all they need for now, or is this in addition to what they wanted in the previous email?
Thanks for advice/information!
