i don't know if the london office is strict with the tor in sealed envelope, but in manila they are strict with that requirement because they are aware of the diplomas made in recto.
i would suggest you get a tor in a sealed envelope and if not possible make a letter of explanation why you can not get a tor in a sealed envelope.

@jtob.....thanks a lot....good that I have some friends in school to get one for me (TOR in a university sealed envelope)....is the DFA red ribboned Transcript and Diploma has an expiration? got it in Dec 2007 and used that in obtaining a Qatar visa.... still have that docs at the moment and im planning to submit it plus the TOR in university sealed envelope...

Another one....reference letter from my employers doesnt include any stamp or seal from my company because they said they dont have one...do i need to explain to london visa office the reason why it doesnt contain that seal or stamp?
