Hi Guys,

Can you please send me the email address where I can enquire about some information on my PR application.?

Also, is there any format which needs to be followed to send the email to the CIC.

Ottawa's email address has changed. It is now CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

What information are we talking about?? Do you want to send additional documents, or do you want to know the status of your
application??

In case you want submit additional information, yes, email CPC-Ottawa.

CIC website states that we can reach out to CIC if our application has exceeded the average processing time, in this case, can we send a mail to CIC inquiring about our status?

Good to know.... does anyone whose processing time has crossed 14 months and still waiting for PPR?
